Perched on a beautiful lot on the Blue River, just North of Silverthorne, Ivan Stanley Fine Home Builders created a true oasis of beauty with esteemed architect, Jerry Locati, (LocatiArchitects.com) of Bozeman, Montana. Together, they created this stunning, masterpiece mountain getaway in a serene setting. Utilizing reclaimed windswept timber from Montana for the siding, this home blends into the natural environment. The indoors features reclaimed lumber coffered ceilings, built in breakfast hutch and a beautifully tiled backsplash.
Three grand Rumsford style, wood burning fireplaces grace the home, generating a warm, inviting and relaxing atmosphere. The glazed walls create a palate for the faux paint finish throughout the home. The outdoor “Colorado Room” is a fully-functional, outdoor living space, complete with covered deck, fireplace and outdoor and patio heaters.
